While numerous vehicles have been recovered in the city's west side, 100 vehicles have yet to be found.

Carsharing service Car2Go is missing more than 100 vehicles, including 50 Mercedes-Benz, in its Chicago service area, CNN reports.

Authorities told the news outlet they believe the vehicles were fraudulently rented through Car2Go's mobile app. While numerous vehicles have been recovered in the city's west side, 100 vehicles have yet to be found.

So far, 21 people have been charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and one person has been charged with felony identity theft.
