Hertz UK Launches Rent2Buy Used Car Sales Program
The Rent2Buy program gives customers the opportunity to test drive a late-model Hertz vehicle for up to ten days prior to making a decision to purchase the vehicle.
Hertz launched a new online used car sales program that makes available thousands of late model vehicles to the public, according to a company announcement on Oct. 15.
With the launch of Hertz Rent2Buy in the UK, Hertz is giving prospective buyers the opportunity to test drive a vehicle for up to ten days. The car trial is provided as a free rental if the car being test-driven is purchased. If the customer decides to not buy the vehicle, they will be charged a discounted rental rate.
Hertz said the test drives are offered at 106 Hertz branches across the UK.
Hertz Rent2Buy provides customers fully serviced vehicles, with many under manufacturer’s warranty and mileage ranging from 12,000 to 50,000 on the clock, according to the company.
