Jury Finds Ford, Hertz Licensee Not Negligent in Fatal Crash

A Yellowstone County jury has found that Ford Motor Co. and Overland West Inc., a North American licensee, were not negligent in a 2002 crash that caused the death of an Idaho man. The ruling came out Sept. 20.
