Regine Sixt Receives Two World Travel Awards at Berlin Convention
Executive vice president of Sixt International, Regine Sixt, was awarded for her business and charity efforts.
Regine Sixt, senior executive vice president of Sixt International, received two World Travel Awards at the ITB Convention in Berlin, according to a March 8 company press release. They were presented by Graham E. Cooke, president and founder of the World Travel Awards.
Sixt's awards include the "Woman of the Year" award as well as the "World's Leading Innovating Marketing" award. The panel honored Sixt's efforts in "building up and expanding Sixt AG," according to the press release. Sixt AG, an international provider of integrated mobility services, offers 225,000 vehicles for loan in 105 different countries.
Sixt was also honored for her social involvement, as she is the founder and chairwoman of the Regine Sixt Children's Aid Foundation, "Drying Little Tears," which facilitates various aid projects around the world.
