USRentACar.co.uk Reveals Customer-Reported Wait Times
Three major airport location wait times have been revealed for three of the company's suppliers: Budget Rent A Car, Alamo Rent A Car and Dollar Rent A Car.
UK-based USRentACar.co.uk announced May 16, data revealed from customers using its newly launched U.S. car rental website. Customers can self-report wait times at car rental locations on the new website using the USRentACar Voucher App. This information is then shared and published to the site.
Here are customer-reported wait time examples, averaged from 1,429 wait time shares since March 1, according to karl Hendrie, USRentACar.co.uk spokesperson:
Orlando International Airport
Alamo = 12 minutes
Dollar = 7 minutes
Budget = 8 minutes
San Francisco International Airport
Alamo = 5 minutes
Dollar = 20 minutes
Miami International Airport
Alamo = 25 minutes
Dollar = 12 minutes
Budget = 14 minutes
“Wait times could potentially be a deciding factor when choosing which of our suppliers to rent from,” said Gavin Boswell, managing director of USRentACar.co.uk, which was founded in 2003 and has also announced Thrifty and National Car Rental as new suppliers. "This is not just information for our clients, it is also information that we will pass to our suppliers which we hope could potentially be used to improve the customer experience."
