New York-based Prestige Car Rental introduced a new mobile site featuring a new reservation system.
New York-based Prestige Car Rental launched a new mobile site for its on-the-go users, according to a company announcement on Dec. 28.
Prestige reformatted its PC-ready elements and content into a mobile-ready layout to make the site more user-friendly.
The site’s new reservation system allows mobile customers to reserve a vehicle, research rental options and log in as a new or returning customer directly from the home page.
A Cross Agency Travel Program also allowed Prestige to join a large distribution network of rental agencies that will direct users to the most affordable and convenient rental car locations across the globe.
According to the car rental company, a great mobile experience is important to building strong brands, nurturing lasting customer relationships, and ensuring easy-to-use functionality and design for both new and returning customers.
