TSD's latest release, TSD RENTAL.NET 2.20 features customer-requested enhancements, such as a Multitasking feature, a Daily Activity Report and a Customer History Report.

The Multitasking feature allows users to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, such as, opening a rental agreement, reviewing reports, updating unit information, answering the phone and booking a reservation. With the new Screens menu, you can keep up to five screens open with as many different tasks.
The Daily Activity Report, a flexible reporting tool, provides a day-to-day snapshot of vehicle, contract and revenue information.
The Customer History Report allows you to access a complete history of agreements for a customer available on the Quote, Reservation, Open Agreement and View Agreement pages.
Quick access to stored information for repeat renters and an easy one-screen open agreement allows customers to be processed quickly and accurately.
Preferred Renter features allow you to customize rates and select optional services for specific repeat renters. You can create rental agreements and reservations for the Preferred Renters from one easy-to-use interface.
Other features included in TSD RENTAL.NET are: Debit and Prepaid Card Check Module, Equipment Module for managing and tracking items such a GPS devices, Expanded Invoice and A/R Functionality, Forecast Fleet Availability Reporting, Enhanced Emailing Features, Employee Activity Report, Source of Business Report and much more!
