New Flexibilities in Credit Card Rules: TSD has added new functionality and flexibility to credit card authorizations. For example, the new credit card setup option allows the rental company to default credit card payment amounts to the credit card authorization amount or the amount due, whichever is less. This reduces the number of key clicks when returning a vehicle allowing for a more quick and efficient return process.

New Quick Unit Status Change Features: Counter agents now have the option to use a shortcut to update a unit from one sitting status to another, or to change the stall, location, fuel level or mileage reading for any unit with a sitting status, saving them the time and effort of accessing the unit status change through a traditional menu.

Transaction Audit Analysis Report: The management audit tool is designed to provide detailed analysis on rental activity, revenue and employee performance in TSD RENTAL.NET. Several audit reports focus on revenue from collision/damage waivers, liability waivers and other daily extras.
