Hertz Launches New Mobile Services
Hertz launched a new campaign, 'Traveling at the Speed of Hertz,' which focuses on providing customers with various mobile services, such as Mobile Gold Alerts that sends the customer a text message advising them on where their car is located.
Hertz launched its new campaign “Traveling at the Speed of Hertz,” which focuses on providing customers with various mobile and remote services for its customers' car rental experience, according to a March 9 press release.
The new services include:
• Mobile Gold Alerts: Hertz’s new mobile email/SMS text service that confirm a Hertz Gold customer’s reservation and advises them of their car location.
• Hertz Gold temporary offer: Now through April 30, 2012, consumers can sign up for free to the Hertz Gold service ($60 value).
• Email receipts: Hertz’s Gold enrollment and e-Return service emails the customer’s receipt to their email instantly.
• Kiosks: Hertz’s ExpressRent Interactive Kiosks let customers rent a car without a reservation and without a line.
Hertz said it plans to continue the theme “Traveling at the Speed of Hertz” throughout 2012 and into 2013. For more information, go to Hertz's product and service page.
