Ryder TRS has launched a new website dedicated to its commercial customers. The site’s address is www.needtrk.com.
With the new website, Ryder TRS becomes the first light commercial truck rental company to offer online reservation requests to its commercial clients, according to the company.
Ryder TRS customers with established commercial accounts can now request rental reservations online, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Representatives will contact the customer within a few hours of receiving the request.
Features of the site include valuable information about Ryder TRS trucks, including the range of product offerings, from vans to 24-foot trucks, as well as cubic feet, load capacity and interior dimensions of each truck. Visitors can also access the Ryder TRS quarterly newsletter, The Advantage.
