Premier Fully Assimilated By Budget Rent a Car

Acquired by Budget in August 1997, Premier Car Rental is now fully integrated into Budget as part of its insurance replacement division. Budget signs and banners recently replaced the Premier signs.

Ninety-nine of the Premier locations have been converted to Budget and 39 have been closed due to their close proximity to current Budget locations.

The 16 states in which Premier locations have been converted are:

New Mexico Tennessee Georgia South Carolina Ohio Texas Virginia North Carolina Colorado Florida Indiana New York Illinois Pennsylvania New Jersey Arizona
