SAN FRANCISCO -- Ever wonder which occupational groups are more likely to get in traffic accidents? According to a new study by Quality Planning Corp., which provides research for the insurance industry, students and doctors have the most accidents.

The study involved more than 1 million drivers across the nation.

Those most likely to have accidents are:

1. Students

2. Medical doctors

3. Attorneys

4. Architects

5. Real estate agents

Those least likely are:

1. Homemakers

2. Politicians

3. Pilots

4. Firefighters

5. Farmers

Those getting the most speeding tickets are:

1. Students

2. Enlisted military

3. Manual laborers

4. Politicians

5. Architects

Those least likely to be cited for speeding violations are:

1. Teachers/professors

2. Secretaries/clerical workers

3. Law enforcement

4. Librarians

5. Homemakers
