CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Integrated Vehicle Systems and Rental Concepts Inc. announced plans to combine the two companies under one name, Fleet Response.

"The decision to combine our two companies under a simpler, yet all-inclusive name is a reflection of the changing times, the quick response necessary in the fleet industry, and the ability to provide the appropriate services," said Ron Mawaka, CEO of Fleet Response.
