Enterprise Sued in Rental Car Deaths Lawsuit

The lawsuit alleges that the rental company supplied a 2006 Ford Expedition that lacked the manufacturer's factory-installed anti-rollover system, which automatically applies the brakes when the vehicle starts to fishtail.
