This is the SECOND time IN A ROW I've reserved a minivan in the Greensboro NC airport location and arrived to find all they have are CARS. What do I do; strap the kids to the hood. I made these reservations IN ADVANCE. The General Manager Adam ? (they don't give out names) need to look over the reservation list and then look over the lot and '"generally manage" his invintory. When I told Holly I needed a van and a car wouldn't do she became hostile and kept repeating "we don't have a minivan ma'am" which made no since because I was asking if you had anything 'comparable'. When I said I needed a van so please refund my deposit she said "no". What's up with this? Now I understand why my husband was so irritated I didn't reserve Enterprise.
