National Car Rental Signs Agreement with Signature Flight Support

National Car Rental will provide its rental services at Signature Flight Support locations under a new partnership starting April 1.

“With a focus on delivering premium service to frequent airport travelers, National is perfectly suited to serve Signature’s unique customer base, and we look forward to doing so in the years to come,” said Enterprise Holdings CEO and Chairman Andy Taylor. Enterprise Holdings acquired National Car Rental in 2007.

Florida-based Signature Flight Support is a fixed-base operation (FBO) and distribution network for business aviation services which include fueling, hangar and office rentals, ground handling, maintenance and a wide range of crew and passenger amenities at domestic and international locations. Signature Flight Support currently operates at more than 100 locations in the United States, Europe, South America, Africa and Asia.

“Signature Flight Support is committed to providing our customers, both crew and passengers, with world-class service at every location and for every need,” said S. Michael Scheeringa, Signature Flight Support president. “National Car Rental’s and Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s rankings in service, quality, availability and value match our Signature Service Promise.”

Dear Mr. Scheeringa, I have to complain regarding this latest change from Hertz to National without involving Signature's Platinum status level customers, you would think Signature would have learned after the outcry over the AvTrip to Tailwins program fiasco ?!?!?. As too many changes taking place in the last few months, as NO ONE at Signature CORPORATE is contacting the most LOYAL Platinum Status CUSTOMERS and asking them or taking a survey of "Hey, what do you think about us getting rid of AvTrip points and going to our own program?" or "Hey, what do you think of us switching from Hertz to National rental car?" mind you HERTZ is at almost EVERY FBO in the USA BIG or small as the BEHEMOTH Dictator that Signature has become is not setting well with me!!

This is again a NO customer SERVICE move by not involving the LOYAL Platinum customers that spend in upward of $100,000.00 a year in jet fuel purchases ALONE !!!!

    Atlantic Aviation.........hmmmm ??

The Customer Isn’t Always Right

Not caving to a customer with a blatant agenda may have consequences, especially for a small rental company that relies on stellar Yelp ratings to advertise. But business integrity must prevail.
