Dear Mr. Scheeringa, I have to complain regarding this latest change from Hertz to National without involving Signature's Platinum status level customers, you would think Signature would have learned after the outcry over the AvTrip to Tailwins program fiasco ?!?!?. As too many changes taking place in the last few months, as NO ONE at Signature CORPORATE is contacting the most LOYAL Platinum Status CUSTOMERS and asking them or taking a survey of "Hey, what do you think about us getting rid of AvTrip points and going to our own program?" or "Hey, what do you think of us switching from Hertz to National rental car?" mind you HERTZ is at almost EVERY FBO in the USA BIG or small as the BEHEMOTH Dictator that Signature has become is not setting well with me!!

This is again a NO customer SERVICE move by not involving the LOYAL Platinum customers that spend in upward of $100,000.00 a year in jet fuel purchases ALONE !!!!

    Atlantic Aviation.........hmmmm ??

    Dismayed,
