Avis Car Rental Named Top Rental Company in Australia

Avis Car Rental in Australia was ranked No. 1 in a new car rental customer satisfaction survey by Canstar Blue. Canstar Blue, a retail finance information researcher for Australia and New Zealand , gathered the results from nearly 600 customers who rented a vehicle in Australia in the last 12 months.

Avis received a five-star rating in six of the seven categories, including overall satisfaction, service, vehicle availability, booking process, cost and fee transparency, and accessory availability. Avis' high ratings sealed its spot as the top-ranked car rental company in the study.

All major airports in Australia feature the Avis, and the company operates at more than 200 locations countrywide.

In order to maintain communication with its customers, Avis utilizes online customer service surveys that deliver responses to field managers in real-time. By implementing numerous feedback systems, Avis is able to respond to customer suggestions immediately — enhancing the rental experience for travelers.
