J.D. Power and Associates to Present at Auto Rental Summit

Auto Rental News is pleased to announce that Stuart Greif of J.D. Power and Associates will present a seminar at the Auto Rental Summit, which takes place Oct. 29-30 at the Hollywood Beach Marriott in Hollywood, Fla.

Greif, vice president and general manager of the Diversified Industries Practice at J.D. Power and Associates, oversees J.D. Power’s annual North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study, in addition to leading a wide range of strategic planning and business development across numerous industries, including global travel and hospitality.

The seminar, “Utilizing the Key Metrics of Customer Satisfaction,” will take attendees on a deep dive inside J.D. Power’s powerful metrics-based analyses to understand the critical components of customer satisfaction. Greif will not only guide attendees through the components of the Rental Car Satisfaction Study, but also reveal the top 10 elements employed by best-in-class companies in other industries to sustain excellence in the customer experience.

“J.D. Power’s North America Rental Car Satisfaction Study is an important industry benchmark, and we are delighted that Stuart will give us an exclusive look inside,” said Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News. “For operators who want to know what matters most to their customers based on actual data – and then what they can do about it – this is a can’t-miss seminar.”

The 2012 Auto Rental Summit is a gold-level training and education conference designed to improve customer service of car rental operations. Auto rental managers, executives and employees from corporate, franchised and independent companies from North America and overseas are invited to attend.

The Summit will be held in conjunction with the first-ever Auto Rental News Professional of the Year Awards, which will honor three associates from auto rental companies worldwide who demonstrate and promote outstanding customer satisfaction within the car rental process.
