Budget Car Rental Expands to Singapore

Budget Car Rental opened a rental location at Changi International Airport in Singapore, according to a company announcement on Oct. 22.

The Budget Singapore fleet ranges from economy-size, compact, full-size, SUVs and minivan rentals. Renters will be able to choose from the Kia Picanto, Honda City, Toyota Camry, Nissan X-Trail and the Honda Odyssey.

Navigation devices, child safety seats and full-service options will be available for customers to add to their rental.

Patric Siniscalchi, president of Latin America/Asia-Pacific Avis Budget Group, said the opening in Singapore expands Budget’s worldwide rental network while giving travelers and residents an alternative way to navigate through Singapore.
