Hertz Again Extends Dollar Thrifty Tender Offer Expiration

On Nov. 5, Hertz Corp. announced another extension to the expiration date of its tender offer for Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group. The companies announced plans to merge back in August. 

The tender offer is now scheduled to expire on Nov. 16, 2012, unless extended again in accordance with the merger agreement and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The offer was previously set to expire on Nov. 5. 

All other terms of the agreement remain the same, Hertz said.
