Enterprise, Hertz Named Finalists for GBTA, Project ICARUS Sustainability Awards
Enterprise Holdings and the Hertz Corp. are competing for the Sustainability Outstanding Achievement Award in the Travel Supplier: Transportation category. The winner will be announced mid-March.
The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) Foundation and Project ICARUS announced Feb. 25 the finalists competing for the first Sustainability Outstanding Achievement Awards.
Enterprise Holdings and the Hertz Corp. are nominated in the Travel Supplier: Transportation category. The other finalists in the category are the Lufthansa Group and United Continental Holdings Inc.
Other categories include Travel Buyer and Travel Supplier: Intermediaries.
The awards recognize travel buyers, suppliers and intermediaries who can demonstrate outstanding leadership, innovation and commitment to delivering best-in-class sustainability programs, products and services across North America.
The winners will be announced at the GBTA Foundation Annual Gala Dinner & Silent Auction on March 18 at the Marriott Marquis in New York.
