Hertz Announces Timing of First Quarter Results

Hertz Global Holdings Inc. has announced that it expects to issue a press release and hold a conference call detailing the company's 2014 first quarter earnings results on or before June 9.

Hertz previously filed a Form 12b-25 because additional work was required to complete the closing procedures associated with the first quarter of 2014 — primarily related to evaluating the company's conclusions regarding the capitalization and timing of depreciation for certain non-fleet assets, allowances for doubtful accounts in Brazil as well as other items.

Hertz expects to file the Form 10-Q on or before June 13, says the company.
