Autorent Car Rental LLC, a car rental company based in UAE, was named "Best Car Rental Brand of 2014 in UAE" by the Global Brands Magazine Awards.
Operating for eight years, Autorent offers a range of services including car rental, car leasing, limousine and transportation service at 10 locations across the UAE.
"We are honored to receive the 'Best Car Rental Brand in UAE' award in recognition of our efforts to delight customers with our exceptional customer service," said Felix Louis, business head of Autorent Car Rental LLC.
"Autorent has created the 'Autorent Service Quality Index' (ASQI), which tracks the customer satisfaction and service level,” said Partha Sarathi Banerjee, country head, UAE of Autorent Car Rental. "Any descending variance in index generates an instant alert to take a corrective course of action. We follow our motto 'Customer First' very rigorously."
Autorent was chosen as the best car rental brand through a survey conducted by Global Brands Magazine.
