UAE-based startup MyCars will introduce on-demand rental options for electric vehicles, according to a report by Wamda.

MyCars is aiming to launch in June with a fleet of electric vehicles and gasoline cars, but it plans to be completely electric by 2020, according to the report.

The vehicles will be available at carsharing parking hubs to rent by the hour, and members can pay per use or through a membership fee, says the report.

MyCars will also allow rental car companies to list their fleet vehicles on the app for rental.
