Auto Europe Wins Awards in Ground Transportation

Auto Europe, a provider of international car rental services, wins two Magellan Awards in ground transportation: a gold award in the luxury car collection category and a silver award in worldwide coverage.

Auto Europe, a provider of international car rental services, has earned two Travel Weekly Magellan Awards. It received a Gold Magellan Award in the Ground Transportation – Luxury Car Collection category and a Silver Magellan Award in the Ground Transportation – Worldwide Coverage category.

Auto Europe provides customers with rental car options at over 20,000 pickup locations in 180 countries worldwide. Travelers can select from a range of vehicle categories including premium brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi, according to the company.

"We are extremely proud to receive a Magellan Award for the fifth year in a row," said Imad Khalidi, Auto Europe's CEO. "Our team works tirelessly to continuously improve our offering and service. These awards prove our ongoing commitment to enhancing the travel experience of our clients."

The 2016 Magellan Awards honor design, marketing and services in industries such as hospitality, travel destinations, cruise lines, online travel services, travel agents and agencies, tour operators, and ground transportation. The awards are judged by a panel of travel professionals.
