ExpressITech Inc., founder of CarRentalExpress.com, has named AAMCAR in New York City as the winner of its 2016 Renter Rated Award.
“We are thrilled to announce that this year’s winner for the overall highest number of positive ratings is AAMCAR in New York,” said ExpressITech Inc.
AAMCAR was the independent car rental agency that scored the highest in the Renter Rated Program.
Renter Rated is a program developed by ExpressITech.com that provides renters with the opportunity to share their rental experiences.
At the end of their rental, renters are encouraged to rate the agency based on nine criteria. All renters’ ratings are tallied — the more ratings an agency has, the more reliable the star rating value will be. Categories of service can have ratings up to five stars (exceptional).
Car Rental Express awards agencies annually for their excellent Renter Rated Ratings. The runners up in three sub categories — staff, vehicles, and overall — are also recognized with honorable mentions.
This year’s runners up include Rugged Rental in Salt Lake City for excellent staff, Autoteam Car Rental in New Jersey for excellent vehicles, and Super Cheap Car Rental in Los Angeles and San Francisco for most recommended to others.
