Autoclick Rent-A-Car Now Serves 25 Airports in Europe

Autoclick Rent-A-Car has expanded and now offers its vehicle rental services at 25 airports throughout Europe.

Autoclick offers features such as free Wi-Fi connection in vehicles and the full fuel tank policy without additional charges.

Founded in 2015 in the Balearic Islands, Autoclick Rent-A-Car has expanded to seven European countries, including Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Portugal, Poland, and Romania.

“The expansion of our presence in Europe is a sign of how well we have worked from the beginning, with the client always being our best ambassador and taking care of the smallest details of the service provided,” said Andrei Mihai Vraci, Autoclick’s marketing director. “Our objective is to offer our clients integrated mobility solutions in any destination and make their experience the best possible. Opening non-franchised offices gives us greater control of the final product, and in this way we can be sure that when hiring a car with Autoclick in France or Italy, you will always enjoy the same quality.”

    We rented with AUTOCLICK in Alicante and it was our worst experience, The branch staff charged us for wheel damage which we did not caused. On top of that there was no damage just a very light yellow mark which was there before pick up. We were given the car and the contract and were told that there are only 1 tiny damage on the car, While inspecting the car we found another 6 small body paint damage. We were lucky we noticed them else would have got mor ripped off. We were so concentrated on the body paint that we missed the light yellow mark on the wheel which most probably I would not have mentioned anything anyway as it is not a damage.

    I understand that as I did not take the supercover, I was the perfect prey to be charged. I got ripped off.
    While it is true that the best marketing tool is your customers experience,
    This experience it against your belief that your customers are your great ambassador.
