Worse company ever, the manager is an irresponsible asshole, customer services sucks as well, Lost my flight, can't get anybody to help me, the company works as a mafia, they protect each other, need to be at the airport not later than 6 am, i was at the location returning the car, manager its supposed to be there to take the car back and get my deposit back, after 6:15 customer center finally answered and told that they have been trying to contact the manager with no luck, at the end they told me to leave the keys under the seat and leave the car UNLOCK, really this is Monterrey we are talking about, where crime rate is around 30%, and they have my deposit so there is not way i was going to do that, manager showed up around 7:45 am, cynical arrogant and like if he was doing a favor that he was there a 7:45, most Mexicans with on a position with power are like that, no apologies from him, lost my flights I ended up paying for new tickets and delaying my trip for a whole day. Please do not rent from this guys
