Environmentally-focused car rental company Green Motion has opened a franchise location on the island of Mauritius.

The location supports the island’s only airport known as Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport. It’s officially open and located within the airport’s main terminal building.

“We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming the Green Motion Mauritius team into the Green Motion family,” said Richard Lowden, Green Motion’s CEO and founder. “They have already demonstrated that they are highly focused on providing their customers with the greenest and smoothest service possible."
