Avis Receives Diversity Awards
Avis is the only car rental company to earn a spot on the Women's Business Enterprise National Council list of Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises.

Avis Budget Group, Inc. was recognized by two organizations for its efforts in promoting opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned businesses.
The Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) named Avis one of America's Top Corporations for Women's Business Enterprises. Avis Budget Group is the only car rental company to earn a spot on the annual listing, and has been featured on the list for 17 consecutive years.
The WBNEC has presented the award for 18 years.
Avis was also selected as one of America's Top 50 Organizations for Multicultural Business Opportunities by Omnikal, formerly known as DiversityBusiness.com. The annual listing, known as the "Omni50," recognizes companies for supporting entrepreneurs throughout the United States.
This year marks the ninth time that the Avis has received the recognition.
