Rentalcars.com reimbursed customers for $1,600 of excess charges after being contacted by a Call 4 Action team, reports CBS Boston.

Rentalcars.com customer Karen Chase and her husband rented an SUV for a trip through Spain, initially paying $248. After a mix-up with drop-off times and insurance, Chase found a $1,600 charge on her credit card bill.

The company reimbursed Chase for a few hundred dollars, but after communications ceased, Chase contacted WBZ-TV's I-Team. I-Team's Call 4 Action group contacted Rentalcars.com, which then fully reimbursed Chase.
