Reimburses Customer's $1,600 Credit Card Charge

After a mix-up with drop-off times and insurance, Chase found a $1,600 charge on her credit card bill.

The company reimbursed Chase for a few hundred dollars, but after communications ceased, Chase contacted WBZ-TV's I-Team. I-Team's Call 4 Action group contacted, which then fully reimbursed Chase.
