The Newport Beach Planning Commission recently approved a proposal that allows Enterprise to expand its vehicle storage lots and renovate a building at its facilities near John Wayne Airport. The renovation includes developing a service center, increasing car wash areas, and adding room to detail its exotic vehicles on-site, according to the report.

In 2015, Enterprise added a 5,000 square-foot building, a vehicle display, a car wash, and fuel pumps at its Newport Beach facilities. After this expansion, it had room for 640 rental vehicles, says the report. The next proposed expansion would increase its space to house 810 vehicles.
