2017 ICRS Educational Sessions

March 31, 2017 - Events

Chris Brown, executive editor of Auto Rental News, moderated the opening keynote panel on car rental and the future of mobility.

This year's International Car Rental Show featured an opening keynote panel session looking at the future of car rental and mobility, a general session focused on how ACRA can communicate on a state and federal level, a closing session that shared tips from the hospitality industry that can be implemented in car rental, as well as seminars covering a variety of topics, including how to win chargebacks and how to manage risk with new mobility models.

There was also programming for niche audiences: Latin American operators and auto dealers looking to strengthen their loan programs. Photos by Steve Reed, Amy Winter-Hercher
