TSD Expands Reporting Features, More than 20 Other Upgrades

TSD announced the latest release of TSDRental.Net, the on-demand rental management software, featuring a variety of enhancements that allow users to exercise more control over their fleet and business while also implementing greater security measures.

Highlights of TSDRental.net version 3.08 include:

Custom Build Rental Agreement Reports: An expansion of the software’s custom reporting features, customer rental agreement reporting is a flexible alternative to the standard-issue reports in the system. TSDRental.net allows the user to custom design and save reports, allowing thousands of output combinations as well as data exporting to Microsoft Excel. Access to the rental agreement reporting menu item is restricted by user for peace of mind.

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Validation Module: TSDRental.net now offers real-time validation of VINs as they are entered into the Unit Master Table. When possible, a valid VIN will also trigger certain other fields to be filled in, increasing the accuracy of your fleet reporting and security of your business.

Ability to Save Vehicle Delivery & Pickup Location Info: This new feature allows car rental companies that set up foreign locations to choose them from delivery and collection location lists in order to call up location and contact information.

TSDRental.net is a secure, hosted solution for counter and back office management of a car rental company.

Accessed over the Internet, TSDRental.net runs from a user’s web browser, with no additional software installation necessary, which reduces up-front costs and ongoing maintenance. TSD’s hosted solution offers maximum uptime and system security through a secure data center and professional support department.

For more information about these new features, or to upgrade to TSDRental.net, email [email protected] or call (800) 743-1200.
