CarRentalExpress.com Introduces ‘Online Help’ Feature

CarRentalExpress.com (CRX), the online car rental distribution network for global and independently owned car rental agencies, announced April 7 the addition of Online Help to answer customer questions during the online booking process. 

Online Help is embedded directly in the CRX Rental Center used by its car rental agencies and provides information about insurance, operating hours, foreign driver’s licenses and other frequently asked questions from renters at each step of the process.

CRX said it aims to make online booking easier with Online Help.
