Navotar, a car rental software provider, has partnered with Pulse CRM, a cloud-based customer relations management (CRM) and sales solution for automotive dealerships.

This partnership will enable both Navotar and Pulse to offer solutions for vehicle rental and leasing companies.
“Collaborating with Pulse helps us to review the leads received from loaner vehicles companies, assessing the quality and capability to pursue it actively,” said Sanker Sivanathan, CEO of Navotar Inc.

Pulse connects sales and marketing operations to offer dealers a collection and retention program of potential customers.

“We are very excited to work closely with Navotar to help vehicle leasing companies maximize auto rental management and financials,” said Sandu Fernando, Director of Pulse CRM.

My recent experience with Navotar is completely a failure. The program has numerous bugs, the support staff was unable to connect to the Pay Pal account I acquired specifically at their request after a month of trying. The site sent out e-mails with unmasked credit card numbers. They frequently could not understand my questions. The phone connection is unclear, and support is not available at all times. The product is in early beta mode at best.
