It’s time to celebrate the unsung heroes and champions of the auto rental industry who make a difference professionally and personally every day.

The Auto Rental News Professional of the Year Awards honor associates from auto rental companies worldwide who demonstrate and promote outstanding customer satisfaction within the car rental process. In conjunction with Auto Rental News, the awards are a forum for the auto rental industry to celebrate its champions, enhance industry morale, and publicize its good works.

The award categories for operators — previously issued to an associate from a corporate, franchise, and independent location — is bestowed on one winner from any of those categories.

Additionally, a Professional of the Year Award will be presented in the vendor category. The criteria for this award will be judged based on customer service, operations management, sales, leadership, and industry and community involvement for an associate from a vendor company to the auto rental industry.

One of the most effective ways of achieving respect in the eyes of current and potential customers as well as the business community is through third-party recognition. Enter yourself or your associates for a chance to receive an honor that will be relevant for years to come.
