Women to Account for Half of Business Travel in 2002

Times have sure changed in the past 30 or so years. In 1970, women only accounted for 1% of all business travel. However, according to the USA Today, female business travelers are expected to make up half of this group of trip takers by the year 2002.

Travel businesses now must pay more attention to this growing market segment, especially because allegiances are still forming.
