Dollar Rent A Car today announced the company’s website, dollar.com, has landed the number one spot on the Gomez Advisors Winter 1999-2000 Internet Car Rentals Scorecard. Gomez Advisors is an online company that provides unbiased consumer ratings with the latest e-commerce information and tools that promote informed online purchasing decisions.

Gomez Advisors also ranked Dollar number one in the overall cost category and number two in the customer Confidence category. The Gomez Advisors ranking also noted that dollar.com was the least expensive car rental site for the budget conscious customer, possessed an intuitive site layout, was easy to navigate and had the shortest wait time when pages were downloading.
