ADT’s Service Solutions Program Off to Successful Start

ADT Automotive’s Service Solutions program, boasts three leading financial institutions ¾ Wells Fargo, Key Bank and Gecal ¾ among its first seven customers. Other clients include Union Bank and SunTrust. The program is designed to support banks and other financial institutions that currently lease vehicles, giving them convenient locations to return their leased vehicles. The program has turned a 28-day process into a 2-day process.

A joint marketing agreement with Penske Auto Centers ensures that the 47 locations in 14 states are easily accessible, as some are existing Penske locations. The rest are free-standing Service Solutions centers, and the program is slated to expand to 150 locations by first quarter 2001.
