Car Rental Forums to Assist Operators in Staying Abreast of Legal Requirements

Car Rental Forums, scheduled for April 19-21 in Philadelphia and May 17-19 in Phoenix, will include a session focusing on the latest developments in car rental case law and legislation. The session, "Car and Truck Rental Law and Your Rental Agreement/Contract," will be presented by Michael LaPlaca, a Washington D.C. attorney who specializes in the car rental industry.

Car Rental Forums will also include sessions on such topics as sales calls, daily operations, and the role and responsibilities of the counter agent.

The event, sponsored by Auto Rental News and ACTIF, will conclude with a certification exam for all interested attendees.
