Avis Named One of the Best Companies for Asian Americans

Avis Rent A Car System has been named one of the best companies for Asian Americans by Asian Enterprise magazine. The publication chose Avis and 12 other companies for the award from a field of 100 finalists.

"This award is a tribute to Avis for excelling in outreach to the Asian American community," said Gelly Borromeo, publisher of Asian Enterprise at a gala award luncheon in Los Angeles.

To determine award winners, Asian Enterprise magazine used information developed by Fortune in its "Best Companies for Minorities" research.
