TULSA, Okla. -- Thrifty Car Sales has named Kim Bucci to the position of executive director of franchise sales and strategy. Steven DeGeorge has been named regional franchise sales manager. Both will report directly to Jim Holder, staff vice president of Thrifty Car Sales.
