Thrifty's Government Program Goes Global

TULSA, Okla. -- Thrifty Car Rental has given its governmental rental program global reach, expanding it to include representatives of international governments.

Available at participating locations around the world, the Global Government Program provides:

* Special rates (see GlobalGov.thrifty.com or click on the "business, government, collegiate and association" icon in thrifty.com).

* Business and leisure discounts, whether or not the rental is official business.

* Free upgrades, subject to availability.

Membership in the program is not required. Customers merely show their government- or military-issued ID card.
