Payless Upgrades Worldspan Connectivity

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- Payless Car Rental System Inc. announced it will participate in the highest level of connectivity in the Worldspan global distribution system (GDS). Known as Car Source, this connectivity level allows travel agents using Worldspan to instantly access the same real-time rates and availability data displayed in Payless' own reservation network.

"Participation in Worldspan Car Source raises the reliability of our distribution system to a higher level so agents have better access to key information," said Kathy Johnson, vice president of marketing for Payless Car Rental System. "Agents anywhere in the world can book cars from Payless with confidence, knowing they are receiving the best rate offered to help deliver better customer service than ever before."
