MSNBC's Arthur Frommer's Budget Travel Website yesterday featured an article on Car Rental Express.com, a Website and booking engine for independent car rental agencies.

Car Rental Express.com lists over 100 independent car rental agencies with more than 800 locations throughout Canada, U.S., the Caribbean, the United Kingdom and Ireland.
