Thrifty Rolls Out Program for Smaller Businesses

TULSA, Okla. -- Thrifty Car Rental has introduced a new program, SmartBiz, which offers guaranteed business rental rates to small and medium-sized companies. There is no minimum financial commitment to join the program.

Program members also qualify for Thrifty's free Blue Chip Express rental program, expediting the rental process for members at all Thrifty airport locations in the U.S. and Canada. With Blue Chip Rewards, members can also earn free days at Thrifty.

"SmartBiz isn't your typical corporate account program," said Cathy Funderburk, executive director of sales for Thrifty Car Rental. "Smaller businesses typically don't have the rental volumes that allow them to take advantage of the perks that larger companies receive."
