Thrifty Partners With Lake Michigan Ferry Service

MILWAUKEE, Wis. -– Thrifty Car Rental has partnered with a Michigan Lake high-speed ferry service to offer car rental.

Beginning today, Thrifty is the exclusive in-terminal car rental provider serving customers of Lake Express High Speed Ferry, which shuttles passengers and cars between Milwaukee and Muskegon, Mich, in only two and one-half hours.

"This is a great opportunity for passengers to experience travel that is truly one-of-a-kind," said Kevin O'Callaghan, owner of the Thrifty Car Rental franchise in Milwaukee.

Bob Lautenbach owns the Muskegon, Mich., franchise on the other side of Lake Michigan.
