Enterprise Scores Highest in Customer Satisfaction Study

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. –- Market Matrix LLC, a market research firm for the hospitality industry, has named Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Jet Blue Airways the number-one leaders in customer satisfaction for their respective industries in 2004's second quarter.

Jet Blue and Enterprise have both won seven out of the past eight quarters in their industry categories. The Market Metrix Hospitality Index is a quarterly report focusing on customer satisfaction with car rental, hotel and airline companies. Report results are based on 35,000 in-depth consumer interviews. The MMHI features 11 car rental companies.
