Advantage Upgrades GDS Connectivity

SAN ANTONIO, Texas -- Advantage Rent-A-Car now offers the highest level of connectivity for car rental bookings with all global distribution system (GDS) providers.

As a result, travel agents have seamless access to real-time fleet availability information and full pricing transparency. Travel agents can quote up-to-the minute car rental prices, including taxes and surcharges. GDS providers include Worldspan, Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo.

"We are pleased to offer our travel agent partners real-time fleet availability and rates, giving them the ability to increase the number of car rental bookings and maximize their time in the process," said Mark E. Walker, vice president of marketing and technology for Advantage.
